When individuals and leaders understand the differences, common languages can be better utilised, leading to improvements in team effectiveness. This understanding also helps team members to understand their own attributes and appreciate the contribution of others, creating individual wellbeing and a smoother work environment both inhouse, and with clients. Personality profiles are identifying the strongest patterns of thought, feeling, and behaviour in any one individual. Strengths and weaknesses are not personality labels, but rather a way to understand strengths, passions, stressors and styles that everyone possesses.
